⚖️ Return & Refund Policy

At The Leap Lab, we create digital tools and print-on-demand products designed to inspire growth, courage, and leadership.
Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your experience — but we also want to be transparent about where refunds and returns apply.

🧠 Digital Products (eBooks, Toolkits, Playbooks, Downloads)

All digital products — including The Courageous PM Playbook and other downloadable resources — are non-refundable once your order is confirmed and the product is delivered.

Because digital files are accessible immediately upon purchase, we are unable to issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience any issues accessing your file, or if you received a corrupted or incorrect version, please contact us at leaplableader@gmail.com , and we’ll ensure you receive the correct file promptly.

👕 Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Mugs, Posters, etc.)

Each of our physical products is made to order, reducing waste and supporting sustainable creation.
As such, we do not hold inventory — but we’ll always make it right if something goes wrong.

✅ Returns & Replacements

We will gladly replace an item if it arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

To request a replacement:

  1. Email leaplableader@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or issue store credit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or color preference

  • Items outside the 14-day window

  • Sale or promotional items

💌 Cancellations

Orders for print-on-demand products cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
If you contact us immediately after placing your order (within a few hours), we’ll do our best to cancel before printing begins.
