At The Leap Lab, every print product is made on demand to ensure quality, sustainability, and minimal waste.
This policy explains how shipping works for both our physical (print-on-demand) and digital products.
🧠 1. Digital Products
All digital products — such as The Courageous PM Playbook, toolkits, and guides — are delivered instantly via email download link after checkout.
No shipping fees apply to digital items.

👕 2. Print-on-Demand (Physical) Products
Each item is printed and fulfilled individually through our Printful production partners.
This means your product is created only after your order is placed — reducing overproduction and environmental waste.
⚙️ Production Time
Production typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Once fulfilled, your order is shipped directly from the facility nearest to your location.

🧾 4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, product type, and quantity. Real-time carrier rates to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
📦 5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier link provided.
⚠️ 6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
🚫 7. Delays & Lost Packages
While rare, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, carrier issues).
If your package hasn’t arrived after 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), please contact [insert support email], and we’ll investigate.
If confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement order at no cost.
💥 8. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize an error immediately after ordering, email us at leaplableader@gmail.com within a few hours, and we’ll attempt to update your address before fulfillment begins.
